meditation at your own comfort level, and allow yourself to progress naturally and gradually, giving yourself time to discover all its benefits. The more you practice, the more you will become aware of a deeper level of self-study.

When meditating, you should be in an environment free from distractions. Under no circumstances, should you practice meditation while engaging in other activities such as driving, operating equipment, or any other time when you can't be completely focused on a seated meditation practice. Please consult with a healthcare professional before participating in a meditation practice if you have a history of mental illness. Meditation can support mental health. However, it is better to be safe and consult your doctor first.
