  1. What area of your life do you feel you could practice the art of surrender a bit more?

  2. Do you recognize when you are trying too hard to control things? What do you do? How does that feel?

  3. Do you sense the space that is there for you when you surrender it to something bigger than yourself?

  4. Or does surrendering tend to feel more like defeat?
